Refund and Exchange Policies
Training Refunds: Training course refunds are available within 30 days from the original purchase date, PROVIDED HOWEVER that training course refunds are only available for courses that the student HAS NOT started or accessed. Once a student has begun or accesses a training course or associated training materials, no refunds are provided regardless of whether or not the training has been completed.
Product Refunds: Unopened physical products purchased directly through the ITPA Bookstore may be returned to the ITPA for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Physical products that have been opened are ineligible for refunds; however, defective physical products purchased directly through the ITPA Bookstore that have been opened may be returned for a replacement within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any refund or other inquiries regarding products purchased through site advertisers should be directed to the advertising company or organization. The ITPA is not responsible and shall have no liability for any purchases made through or from third-parties.
Advertising Refunds: Advertising purchases, including, but not limited to: the ITPA Buyer's Guide; Career Center; Job Board; and Business Opportunities Board, are non-refundable.
