The Identity Theft Protection Association (ITPA) Advisory Boards and Steering Committees are comprised of leading experts in the fields of identity theft / identity fraud, privacy, fraud prevention, information security, and regulatory compliance.
Advisory Board
The ITPA Advisory is comprised of representatives of the ITPA and selected ITPA members with demonstrated industry and subject matter expertise. The Committee supports the ITPA mission through discussions and recommendations based on current and emerging trends, events, and the legislative environment. The Committee maintains a private group on ITPAnet to coordinate ongoing communications and discussions.
Service Provider Standards and Best Practices Committee
The ITPA Service Provider Standards and Best Practices Committee is comprised of representatives of the ITPA and ITPA industry service provider members. The Committee supports the ITPA mission through the development and promotion of industry service provider standards and best practices. The Committee maintains a private group on ITPAnet to coordinate ongoing communications and discussions.
Certifications Committee
The ITPA Certifications Committee is comprised of representatives of the ITPA and selected ITPA members with demonstrated subject matter expertise. The Committee supports the ITPA mission through recommendations on the development and promotion of ITPA certification programs and certification standards, content, and requirements. The Committee maintains a private group on ITPAnet to coordinate ongoing communications and discussions.
